Employee Motivation

If you own, operate, or manage a business, you know and understand the importance of employee motivation. If employees are not motivated, then this will impact your business in a negative fashion. Generally employees who are lacking in the area of motivation will lack in the area of productivity as well. When productivity slacks because of complications with motivation among employees, the quality of your goods and/or services is also affected in a negative fashion. 

Lynda Slevoski has extensive experience in all areas of corporate human resource management. This, along with her knowledge of the legislative and regulatory issues affecting human resources in Massachusetts, makes her a successful trainer, facilitator, coach, and public speaker. Lynda is active in professional, state, and community service organizations.

 From 146 North or South: Take exit for Lincoln Grey Hound Park to Twin River Road; bear right on Rte. 7. 

 From Providence: Take 195 to I-95 North. Take exit 23 toward US-44/State Offices then turn right at Orms St. Turn right at Douglas Ave/RI-7 North.
